Arke, the messenger of the Titans and sister of Iris, was the goddess associated with the elusive second rainbow. When the Titans lost the war against the Olympian gods, Arke was punished for her support of the Titans. Her wings were taken away, and she was imprisoned in the dark depths of Tartarus, serving as a warning against siding with the wrong faction in divine conflicts.
This piece is completely handmade with lost wax casting method. It’s the process where Hespérides take a hand-carved wax model and turn it into a finished piece in precious metal.
